Terms of Service

Nudgely AI helps small businesses keep track of leads and quotes, shows which customers need a follow-up, and drafts follow-up messages with AI. Nudgely never sends messages for you: you review, edit, copy and send them yourself, and then mark them as sent.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• An account is for one business; do not share credentials with people outside it.
• You must be at least 18 years old and use Nudgely for business purposes.

Nudgely is offered on three monthly plans: Starter at 299 DKK per month, Pro at 599 DKK per month and Business at 999 DKK per month. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, after which the plan you chose is intended to continue as a paid monthly subscription until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan at any time under Billing. Prices are shown per month; any tax that applies is added at checkout. No payment processor is connected to the service at this time, so no card details are collected and no automatic charges are made; billing information in the app reflects your plan and trial status only. If we introduce paid billing, we will inform you before any charge and you may cancel first.

• Only add customer data you are entitled to process, and follow applicable marketing and privacy law.
• Do not use Nudgely for spam, harassment, unlawful or misleading messages.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement.

You are the controller of the customer data you enter; we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

Follow-up suggestions, priorities and probabilities are produced by an AI model from the lead data you have stored. They are estimates and drafts, not advice or guarantees. Always read a message before sending it — you are responsible for the content of anything you send to your customers.

Connecting Gmail is optional and read-only. It is used solely to detect whether the people you quoted have replied. We never send, delete or modify mail. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored email data and revokes our access.

We work to keep Nudgely available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, improve or be removed as the product develops. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.

You may stop using Nudgely at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@nudgelyai.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost business, lost revenue, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of Nudgely. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are handled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country states otherwise.
